*Loaded French Fries*
Fresh cut French fries thrown on top of a boat layered with chili. The fries are then
smothered in shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Followed by an artistic design (compliments of you server)
of your choice of Ranch, Russian or Italian dressing on top of your boatload of fries. Then, if you
are interested ask to top it with tomato chunks, onions, lettuce, olives or whatever your creative mind desires.

We now have a deli section at Bill's Inn! Subs, Wraps and Sandwiches on White, Wheat or Rye Bread.

*Sausage Sandwich*
Gionelli sausage on a soft sub roll covered with peppers and onions, and your choice of any other
"fixins".
*Cheese Steak*
Not as new but just as filling and delectable. The Cheese Steak sub (and now if you dare; wrap or
sandwich) consists of the Freshest shaved beef and sides, which include (but are not limited too)
your choice of a mix of peppers, onions, mushrooms and more, grilled to perfection, then smothered
with (again, your choice of) american, swiss, provolone, or cheddar cheese. It would leave you wanting
more if you weren't so full from the first one!
*Chicken Parm*
The Chicken parm sub is perfect for the days you want to eat out, but aren't feeling fishy 'till Friday.
On a perfectly toasted insanely soft and fresh sub roll (no exaggeration here, they are so fresh
that the bread practically melts in your mouth, yet still has that doughy texture and feel) we add
plenty of Golden fried chicken tender filets, cover it in marinara and load it with your choice of cheese
(we suggest provolone). Topping it off with a light sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Don't forget to add any more of your favorite "fixins" to the mix.
That's what makes it a specialty!
*Bacon Cheddar Ranch*
Your choice between Golden fried chicken tender filets or chunks of white and dark pulled unbreaded
chicken. Bacon (however you like it; crispy, soft, etc..), ranch dressing and choice of toppings.
*Grilled Chicken Caeser*
Your choice between Golden fried chicken tender filets or chunks of white and dark pulled unbreaded
chicken. Italian dressing, parmesan cheese and choice of toppings.
*Buffalo Chicken*
Your choice of Golden fried chicken tender filets or chunks of white and dark pulled unbreaded
chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, and of course, your choice of "fixin's".
Specialty Burgers Too!
We now not only have a fish fry and a deli, we also have Hofmann hot dogs, Coneys and a hamburger selection
that is famous in Syracuse. Our specialty burgers are worth whatever it takes to get in to Bill's Inn and try
them. Check out the burgers below!
*Bacon Cheddar*
As always, using the freshest loose burger, we pack a half pound onto the grill and cook to your
choosing (rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, well, xtra well). Add bacon
slices (5 pieces cooked to your liking as well), and covered with melted, shredded, or sliced
(our suggestion) cheddar and whatever other topping you'd like!
*Mushroom Swiss*
Again, using the freshest loose burger, we pack a half pound onto the grill and cook to your choosing
(rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, well, xtra well). Add grilled mushrooms and cover with the
Swissiest Swiss cheese you've ever seen (well, it's regular Swiss cheese, but it's still pretty swissy
and always fresh and delicious ;) ).
Yet again, whatever other topping you'd like!
*Hawaiin*
Another interesting and original Bill's Inn concoction that we're very proud of! Fresh loose burger,
a half pound packed onto the grill and cooked to your choosing (rare, medium rare, medium,
medium well, well, xtra well). Topped with grilled pineapple, grilled ham and smothered with
your favorite cheese and sauce (or none). I bet you can't guess what else...yep!

We've added a new deli section as stated in the first box to the right. Below we've added the types of breads, cheeses, meats and "fixins". Everything is as follows...

American, Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone.

Roast Beef, Ham, Turkey, Salami, Corned Beef, Chicken Salad and Tuna.
Types of TOPPINGS/"FIXIN'S",
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Black Olives, Red Peppers, Mayo, Italian, Ranch and Russian.
Types of Soups,
The Famous, home made, Bill's Inn's only, secret recipe; New England Clam Chowder (yes, it is so good it takes a massive run on sentance to get to the type of soup it is), (on request at least 3 days beforehand) Manhattan Chowder. Hamburger Macaroni (an old family recipe), Cheeseburger chowder and Broccoli and Cheddar. We are always coming up with more so keep checking for updates or ask when you come in. We love new ideas, so hit us with one if you have any!
What are "Dirty" Potato Chips?
To start.. They are not literally "dirty", it's a brand name (people seriously think were insane to serve dirty chips.. it's just the brand don't worry). They are their own brand we buy from a vendor, not made by Bill's Inn (we wish). Dirty Chips are kettle cooked to perfection, with all new combinations of spices and unique packaging the chips look "dirty". Which is where they get their name. Anyway, the delicious choices we have you will find below..
Types of "Dirty" Chips,
Mesquite Barbecue, Jalepeno, Maui Onion, Salt and Vinegar, Sour Cream and Onion, Honey Mustard, Garlic and Herb and Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper.
Types of Sauces and Spices,
Cajun(spice), Buffalo Sauce, Hot Sauce, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Mayo, Italian, Ranch, Russian, Caeser Marinara, Tartar, Cocktail Sauce, Blue Cheese, Honey Mustard and Barbecue. We have two barbecues. One is a very deep smokey flavor, and the other is Yellow Dog brand (which we also have bottles of for sale). Yellow Dog barbecue has a very unique and distinct flavor. It's not mistaken for anything but barbecue, but it has waves of flavor, like sweetness of something that might be honey, and tang of what might be sweet and sour sauce, and spices throughout that seem unidentifiably delicious. We buy this from a small town company who named their sauce after their favorite buddy, their labrador retriever. Hence, Yellow Dog :). You must give it a try when you come in!
