Bill's Inn has been providing the best fish in Syracuse all the way back to 1921.
In 1927, Bill's was credited by the Syracuse Herald with introducing the fish fry to the Syracuse public.
The philosophy was simple, " Please the Public."
Eighty-six years later, we hope that we are still doing that.

(Yes, due to this we also cry ourselves to sleep every night.)
